Hardin, 83, of Cabot went into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Monday, December 31, 2018 in Little Rock. Milton fought the good fight, he finished the race, he kept the faith, now he received the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge awarded to him this day. Milton was born July 23, 1935 in Newport to the late John William and Cecil Kay Killough Hardin.

Milton loved everything about Cabot especially playing ball and track at Cabot High School, and could always be seen supporting his Cabot Panthers and Arkansas Razorbacks, but more than anything was his love for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Milton was known to very seldom miss church. When the doors were open, he was there, sometimes seven days a week when a revival came to town.

Milton was the hardest worker and best provider any family could ask for. Except for work, he hardly ever left his family. One time he went on a men’s retreat with the church and missed his family so much he said, ”I will never leave y’all again” and he did not.

Milton was the best son, brother, husband and daddy anyone could ask for. His love for his beautiful bride of 62 years, Venicia Elmore Hardin, was known by all. Since she was 14 years old he had his eye on his love.

He has two sons and one daughter that were his pride and joy; Keith Hardin, Kevin Hardin and Michelle Hardin Smith; one daughter-in-law, Karen Hardin and one son-in-law, George Smith; eight grandchildren, Jeremy (Sarah), Kari, Amber, Holly (Matthew), Michelee, Michael, Matthew (Deanna) and Joshua and 10 great grandchildren, whom he adored. Milton had so many friends that he considered his family that he truly loved. Daddy was always so kind and loving.

He was our ROCK, our HERO! Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 3, 2019 at McArthur Assembly of God with Pastor Marc Bateman officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home (501)843-5816.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Please sign the online guestbook at www. moorescabotfuneralhome.com.
