Obituary for Miss Linda Hamilton Linda L. Hamilton, 71, of Asheboro, NC, died Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Woodland Hill Center in Asheboro. Funeral services, 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. David Hunt officiating.

Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery A native of Randolph County, NC, Miss Hamilton was born April 23, 1947, the daughter of the late Mack and Bessie Cooper Hamilton. She was worked for the Randolph Work Shop and had attended The Joy Room at First Baptist Church for over 40 years. In addition to her parents, Miss Hamilton was preceded in death by her twin sister, Glenda Hamilton, and brothers Bob Hamilton and James Hamilton.

She is survived by her sisters, Patty Trotter and Ruth Elliott, both of Asheboro; brother, John Hamilton and wife, Betty, of Sophia; and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Randolph Vocational Workshop, Post Office Box 1367, Asheboro, NC 27203. Upcoming Events Service , NOV 27.
