Obituary for Mogens “Butch” Jorgensen Mogens “Butch” Jorgensen, 75 of Kansas, Oklahoma died December 25, 2018, in his home. Born July 9, 1943, in Copenhagen, Denmark he was the son of Lars and Gudrun Jorgensen. Butch married Evelyn Kelly on April 24, 1965.

He was a delivery driver for Scholastic School Bookfairs and attended Cowboy Church. Butch served our country in the Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Uda Richardson and grandchild Raymond Aloyo.

Survivors include his wife Evelyn of the home; his children Carl Jorgensen and his wife Ruth of Manama, Bahrain, Tina Spade and husband Henry of Clarksville, Tennessee and Donny Jorgensen and wife Wadonna of Kansas, Oklahoma; grandchildren Amber McDonald and husband Anthony, Davin Jorgensen and wife Kimberly, Preston Spade, Olivia Jorgensen, Blanca James and husband Craig and Tamara Jorgensen; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Kansas Cemetery, Kansas, Oklahoma.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 28, 2018, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Mogens “Butch” Jorgensen please visit our Sympathy Store. Today’s Events Service DEC 29.
