Obituary for Pearl M. Baldwin Pearl M. Baldwin, 84 of Kansas, Oklahoma, died November 12, 2018, at her home. Born August 3, 1934, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Richard Russell and Nancy Ross Russell. She married Frank Baldwin and was an office clerk at Aon Air Conditioning.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Chris, daughter Alice, five sisters and two brothers. Survivors include sisters Tiny Russell of Kansas, Oklahoma and Barbara Steagal of Skiatook, Oklahoma; brothers Jack Russell of Franklin, North Carolina and Brian Russell of Twin Oaks, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 16, 2018, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Burial will be at Russell Double Springs Cemetery, Oaks, Oklahoma. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, November 15, 2018, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Pearl M. Baldwin please visit our Sympathy Store.
