Obituary for Douglas “Doug” Charles Savant Sr Douglas “Doug” Savant, Sr., 75 of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died October 11, 2018, at his home. Born August 6, 1943, in Port Arthur, Texas, he was the son of Wacy and Laura Savant. Doug married Cecilia Ann Hill on October 15, 1970 and was of the Catholic faith.

He served our country in the Army during Vietnam. Doug was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jerry and grandson Cody Kerby. Survivors include his wife Cecilia of the home; daughter Michele Kerby and husband James of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; sons Stephen Savant of Nederland, Texas and Douglas Savant, Jr of Port Nature, Texas; and four grandchildren Ashley Williams and husband Jake, Brianna Alexander, Jessica Allred and Kara Allred.
