Obituary for Oscar Lee Riggins Sr. Oscar Lee Riggins, Sr. 74 of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died October 27, 2018, at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital. Born January 25, 1944, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas he was the son of Marion Charles Riggins and Clara Atkins Riggins Miller. Oscar married Thelma Marie Hillhouse on July 16, 1971 in Kingsville, Texas.

He served our country in the Navy during Vietnam. Oscar worked for La-Z-Boy for many years and then SaveAtrip. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Charles and Anthony “A.J.” and sister Ella Faye Johnson.

Survivors include his wife Thelma of the home; daughter Debbie Riggins of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; son Oscar Lee Riggins, Jr of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; grandson Anthony Riggins of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and sister Victoria Hawkins of Glendale, Arizona. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Independent Baptist Church, West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma.
