Obituary for Norma Faye Skaggs Norma Faye Skaggs, 84 of Springtown, Arkansas, died December 6, 2018 at Siloam Health Care. Born November 19, 1934 in Benton County, Arkansas she was the daughter of John H. Shook and Frances E. Harris Shook. Norma married Kenneth Eugene Skaggs on June 1, 1951 in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Norma was a member of First Baptist Church, Highfill, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by parents, husband, three grandsons Michael Riggs, Victor Skaggs and Jonathan Miller and one brother Wayne Shook. Survivors include her sons Larry Skaggs of Gentry, Arkansas and Kenny Skaggs and wife Elizabeth of Springtown, Arkansas; daughters Julie Miller and husband David of Gentry, Arkansas, Caroline Riggs and husband Howard of Gentry, Arkansas and Lisa Skaggs of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; seventeen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; sisters Betty Milszarski of Rogers, Arkansas and Peggy Jackson of Temple, Texas; brothers J.L. Shook of West Fork, Arkansas and Donny Shook of Gentry, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 10, 2018, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Springtown Cemetery, Springtown, Arkansas. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, December 9, 2018, at Wasson Funeral Home.
