Memorial services for Mychal C. Rollie will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday January 2, 2019 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Spring Valley, MN with Rev Betsy Dartt and Pastor Mark VanHouse officiating. Visitation will be held from 3-6 P.M. on Tuesday January 1, 2019 at the Hindt Funeral Home in Spring Valley. Mychal Rollie, age 35, formerly of Spring Valley died Friday December 28, 2018 in Mankato, MN while continuing to address living with mental illness and addiction.

He was born to Myron and Ellen (Fenstermacher) Rollie on September 27, 1983 in Austin, MN. Mychal grew up on the family farm in rural Spring Valley and attended Kingsland Public Schools. He held a variety of jobs in his adult life, enjoying welding the most.

Anything Mychal could create, make or fix with his hands brought him the greatest satisfaction. Fishing brought him peace. Mychal is survived by his parents, Myron and Ellen Rollie of Spring Valley, MN, 2 brothers; Daniel (Jessica) of Rochester, MN and Joel of Spring Valley, a niece Kennedy, 2 nephews; Carter and Lincoln; paternal grandparents Jerry and Marlene Rollie of Spring Valley along with many dear cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Dale and Huberta Fenstermacher. Memorials are preferred to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) of SE Minnesota, 1700 Broadway Ave N. Suite 104 Rochester, MN 55906 Condolences may be left at www.
