Myrna (Shuford) Wiley, a super great mom, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 21, 2018 in the comfort of her home at the age of 71. She was born in Sewickley on December 10, 1947. On August 31, 2009, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband for 43 years, John M. Wiley.

Beloved and cherished mother of Kevin (Jenni) Shuford of Columbus, OH, John Wiley, Jr. and Darryl Wiley both of Neville Island and Lisa (Joey Mann) Wiley of Aliquippa; 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends; and we couldn’t forget to mention her Fur Babies Rocky and Porter. Myrna called Neville Island her home for the past 9 years, formerly of Ambridge. She worked for Sewickley Valley Hospital in Environmental Services for 34 years.

She was a daily patron of Anthony Junior’s Restaurant. She loved her Steelers and was always knitting blankets for others. She loved her children implicitly, worked hard for her children and there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for her children.

Myrna requested cremation. Please keep her family in prayer. In lieu of flowers, family has suggests doing a kindness for another at this special time of year.
