Myung’s Obituary Born Ick Myung Ok in Korea on April 1, 1922 to the late Mr. Ick Choi and Mrs. Ick Hyun. Mrs. Kim Myung Ok lived in Glen Burnie for the past 32 years. She was a devoted wife and loving mother.

She was an active member of the Glen Burnie Korean Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Kim Myung Ok passed away peacefully following a prolonged illness at Lorien Columbia Hospice on May 14, 2019 In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kim Myung Ok was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband Mr. Kim Bong. She leaves behind her daughters Jeong Kim of Crofton, Jeong Chung of Stevensville, Jeong Lee of Clarksville, and Jeong Kim of Glen Burnie, six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Friends may call on the family at the Glen Burnie Korean Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, May 15 from 7:00 – 9:30 PM. Prayer services will be held at Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home on May 16 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Lakemont Memorial Gardens.
