Nancy A. (Witter) Kruskie, 81, of Lock Haven and formerly of Williamsport, passed away, June 17, 2018, at UPMC Susquehanna Lock Haven. She was preceded in death by her husband of 14 years, John Kruskie. Born Nov.

23, 1936, in Syracuse, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Melvin A. and Helen E. (Sones) Witter. Nancy was formerly employed at Hope Enterprises. She was a member of the former Memorial Baptist Church, now Hillview Baptist Church.

She also was a member of the Lincoln Center and the former Senior Center. She enjoyed reading and loved listening to music. Surviving are her cousins, Elizabeth W. “Betsy” Belcher (Roy), of Williamsport, Cindy L. Ryder (Jeffery), of Williamsport, Judy A. Jones (Bill), of Muncy, Donald E. Westphal (Margaret), of North Carolina, and David H. Westphal (Elizabeth), of Ohio; and a stepbrother, Robert Witter, of Ohio.

A funeral service to honor the life of Nancy will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 21, at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave. , Williamsport, with the Rev. Timothy R. Kinney Sr. officiating.

Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at Knight-Confer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s name to Hillview Baptist Church, 40 Hillview Ave.
