Nancy J. Barnes, 69, of Falling Waters, WV, passed away surrounded by family at her son’s residence on Saturday May 25, 2019. She was the wife of the late Hubert E. “Barney” Barnes, who passed away in February of this year. Nancy was born in Marietta on January 31, 1950 to the late James and Margaret (Glenn) Blymier.

She had worked for Samsung Corp in Silicon Valley, CA. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace in California. She enjoyed getting her hair and nails done, and always taking care of others.

Nancy is survived by her son Gabriel Barnes and his wife Tammy and their children, Nancy’s grandchildren, Cassidy Pittman, Jacob Barnes, Jeanette Pittman, Isaiah Barnes (Lacey), and Christina Foster, and their children, Nancy’s great grandchildren, Gunner and Paxton, her granddaughter Constance Barnes (whom Nancy was the legal guardian of), her step daughter, Marie Berens (Vance), and her children, Nancy’s grandchildren, Tim Berens, and Kristina Schake, and their children, Nancy’s great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Rebekah, and Nathaniel, and her step daughter, Beverly Fasig (Steve), and her children, Nancy’s grandchildren, Stephanie Fasig, Nicole Fasig, and their children, Nancy’s great grandchildren, Aubrey, Bryce, and Emma. Nancy is also survived by her siblings, Charles Blymier and his wife Joy and Jo Ann and her husband Bill Boyer. She was preceded in death by her son Kenneth Barnes, daughter Kristie Barnes, and grandsons Tommy Berens and Christopher Barnes.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 2PM at Grand View Memorial Park, 500 N. Weber Street, Annville. There will be a viewing from 12:30PM until 1:30PM at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Nancy J.
