Nancy Jean Myer June 29, 1932 – January 21, 2019 Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries Nancy Jean Myer, age 86 of Howell, passed away early Monday evening, January 21, 2019 while surrounded by her loving family. Born in Detroit on June 29, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Darrell B. and the late Anna C. (Deems) Davies. Nancy, who has been a Howell area resident for the past 50 years, had attended Fowlerville High School and loved to travel throughout the world.

She had been a Secular Franciscan, a Eucharist Minister, a member of the Altar Society, the Brothers and Sisters of Penance and the Howell Senior Center. Loving mother of Ann Marie Taylor of Manchester, Ohio, Linda Sue Myer of Winter Haven, Florida, Ralph David (Carol) Myer of Strockbridge, Kenneth Hugh (Lori) Myer of Howell, Charles Douglas (Theresa) Myer of Oxford and Shelly Jeannine (Newn) Thomas of Cape Coral, Florida. Proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren, Denise Taylor, Mary McCarty, Leann Brown, Byron Myer, Danielle King, Jeremy Myer, Amy Adkins, Beth Wright, Charles Myer, Aileen Myer, Michael Myer and Alexis Thomas; 20 great-grandchildren, Zachary, Courtney, Kaleb , Adrianna, Alayna, Nolan, Natalie, Addison, Brady, Morgan, Peyton, Tucker, Derek, Gabriella, Mahayla, Shawn, Sy, Maximus, Finley and Michael.

Visitation Thursday, January 24, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. (Scripture 7 p.m.) at MacDonald’s Funeral Home, Howell (517-546-2800. Nancy was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, 440 E Washington Street (at Fowler St.), Howell where her funeral, Mass of Resurrection, will be celebrated on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (visitation beginning 10 a.m.). Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Howell.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Children International, St. Joseph Education Fund or Christian Appalachian Project.
