Nancy’s Obituary Nancy Margaret Cant, 81, of Nashua, NH and formerly of Wood-Ridge, on 10/5/2018 Nancy was the daughter of the late William and Anna Cant. She graduated from Wood-Ridge High School and Montclair State College where she majored in mathematics. Nancy was a highly respected math teacher at Hackensack High School for over 40 years teaching Advanced Placement classes including Calculus.

She was also involved with the high school year book and the twirlers. A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Wood-Ridge. She was also was a former member of the Eastern Star Eclipse Chapter where she was a Past Worthy Matron and socializing with her friends in the Red Hats.

Nancy also enjoyed spending every summer at her cottage in Ocean Park, Maine. Members of her family include her dear sister, Jean (William) Jaquith of Nashua, NH, along with her nieces Pamela (Todd) Simonds, Heather ( Michael) Gallagher and her nephew, Scott Jaquith, all of Nashua. Nancy was a very special aunt to her nieces and nephews and also loved spending time with their children, Allie and Kaylee Simonds, and Abigail and Alex Gallagher.

She also leaves one cousin, Linda Hornstra of McAfee, NJ. Predeceased by her nephew, David Jaquith. Funeral service Thur.

10:30am at Kohler Funeral Home 280 Hackensack St. wood-Ridge. Interment George Washington Memorial Park Paramus. Visitation Wed.

4-7PM. Memorial contribution in Nancy’s name can be made to The Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH 03054 or The Plus Company, 19 Chestnut Street, Nashua, NH 03060.
