Nannie Thompson, 88, of Bardstown, passed away Sunday January 6, 2019 at Landmark of Bardstown. She was born February 6, 1930 in Bardstown, retired from Old Stables Restaurant, and a member of St. Monica Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Linton; second husband, Joseph Thompson; two daughters, Patricia Bishop, and Chrisandra Linton; step-son, Will Ed Linton; two grandsons, Dwayne Phillips, and DeAngelo Linton; parents, William and Susie Phillips; two brothers, Billy Phillips, and James Phillips; and three sisters, Mary Frances Phillips, Mary Louise Phillips, and Beatrice Greene.

She is survived by five daughters, Elizabeth Mason, Amy Jenkins, Lois Linton, Betty Mason, and Doris Linton; fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby Phillips, and William “BoBo” Phillips; and sister, Martha Phillips all of Bardstown. Her Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am Wednesday January 9, 2019 at St. Monica Catholic Church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. Rev.

Tom Clark will officiate. Visitation will be 3 – 8 pm Tuesday and 9 – 10:15 am Wednesday at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayer service will be 7 pm Tuesday.

Memorial contributions may go to St. Monica Catholic Church.
