Naomi Louise Hobbs, 74 Naomi Louise Hobbs, 74 of Dry Run in West Portsmouth went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at SOMC Hospice. She was born June 21, 1944 in Portsmouth to the late Gordon and Mary Locher Ruth. Naomi is survived by a daughter; Mary (Carl) Howard, 3 sons; Johnny, Michael, and David Skaggs, 13 grandchildren; James (Laura) Howard, Amy (Mark) Covert, Naomi (Chaz) Horsley, Carl Howard Jr., Payton Howard, Megan Richmond, Samantha Skaggs, Balinda Oppy, Nick (Candy) Skaggs, Amber Skaggs, Carol (Jason) Rose, Brooklin Skaggs, and Samantha Skaggs, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 sisters; Maryann (George) Lore, Martha (Raymond) Cooley, and Pauletta Sheets.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Chaz Horsley and Vernon Lore officiating and interment in Adams Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday starting at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be sent to www.
