Nathan Francis Smith, 23, of Lexington, KY, passed away on June 25, 2018, in an auto accident in Asheville, NC. Born on March 25, 1995, in Lexington, KY, Nate was a graduate of Bryan Station High School. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Archie N. Smith, and uncle, Walt Smith. Nate enjoyed history, music, boating, camping, reading, and, most of all, vacations at the beach with family and friends. He was a kind, loving, big-hearted soul with tremendous devotion to his family and friends.
His intelligence, compassion, quick wit, love for other people, love for animals, and his free spirit will be sorely missed by all who knew him. We thank God for the time that He gave Nate to us. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, with a service to begin at 7:00 pm, at Clark Legacy Center-Brannon Crossing, 601 E Brannon Road, Nicholasville, KY 40356.
