Ned Foster Walter November 01, 1925 – May 15, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Ned Foster Walter, age 93 of Alvin, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in Houston, Texas. Ned was born on November 1, 1925 in Claysburgh, Pennsylvania and was a resident of Alvin for over 10 years. He served for many years as a Methodist Missionary and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Alvin.

He also proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. Ned was preceded in death by his first wife, Beverly Warner Walter, parents, Stella and Fred Walter, daughter, Tania Moja and sister, Irene Musselman. Ned is survived by his wife, Jo Walter, daughters, Paula Doyle and husband Mark, Charmiane Mantooth and husband Chris, Aili De Almeida, Dulci Staggemider, sons, Matthew Walter, Basil Walter and wife Jill, 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
