Nina Heinlein, of Beecher passed away Thursday November 22, 2018 at Village Woods in Crete, IL. Nina was born on November 13, 1929 in Johnstown, PA the daughter of William and Anna Hopkins. She is survived by her children Robert (Debra) Heinlein of Crown Point, IN Robin (Bill) Giese of Beecher, Il and Heidi (Vern) Paul of Crete, IL.

Her grandchildren William (Debi) Giese, Nicole Geise, Tyler Paul and Michael (Gretchen) Heinlein and great grandchildren Julia, Billy and Joseph also survive Nina. She was preceded in death by her parents, a loving husband Richard and a brother Walter Hopkins. Nina was a member of St. Luke United Church of Christ.

Visitation will be held Sunday November 25, 2018 from Noon-2p.m. at Hack Funeral Home in Beecher. Funeral services will also be conducted Sunday November 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. also at Hack Funeral Home. Rev.

Tom Ewing will officiate. Cremation rites will follow. Memorials may be directed to the American Lung Association.
