Nina Lourene Bard, age 66, of Port Huron, passed away on January 15, 2019, in the Blue Water Hospice Home, surrounded by her friends and family. She was born on July 15, 1952, in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, to the late Charles and Mary Bard. Nina was a graduate of Health Enrichment Center Inc. in Lapeer.

A loving mother of 5 children, loving grandmother “mommer” of 11 and 2 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her 5 children, Nicole (Matthew) Currie, Angela LaVere, Amanda (Chad) Smith, Michael Kirchner and Harley Kirchner, 12 grandchildren, Ashley Kersey, Jeffrey Kersey, Justyne Tomalo, Dakota Swanger, Brooke Tomalo, Paige Palozzola, Anthony Palozzola, Chelsea (Daniel) Sterling, Alicia Smith, Matthew Dortman, Abagale Smith and Phoenix Kirchner, 2 great-grandchildren, Charleigh Cole and Develle Cole, siblings, Mary (Larry) Stover, Diane (Dave) Webber, Jean Bard, John (Gloria) Bard and Tom (Maureen) Bard and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Nina was formerly married to John Goranson and Michael Kirchner.

She was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Charles (Donna) Bard. Burial has taken place in Lambs Cemetery, Wales Township. A memorial service will be 12:00pm Saturday, January 26, 2019, in the Bible Truth Apostolic Church, 1825 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills.
