OBITUARY Nita F. Curry September 4, 1934 – January 10, 2019 Nita F. Curry, 84 of Houston, Texas passed away surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, January 10, 2019. She was born September 4, 1934 in Alexandria, Alabama to Horace Gaither and Erma (Caldwell) Truitt. She was a tender hearted, family oriented wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was a faithful member of Berean Baptist of North Houston and later served at Kingwood First Baptist Church of Kingwood. She loved to serve the Lord and people. She loved family and preparing large meals to gather family in fellowship.

She is survived by her daughter, Georgia Faust, 3 grandchildren, Arthur Faust, Jr. and wife, Melissa; Melissa Wells and Denise Carroll; 7 great-grandchildren, Brittany, Kayla, Elliott, Sheydin, Chandler, Lily and Charleigh. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John Curry and grandson, Justin Carroll.
