Norma’s Obituary Norma J. Walsh, age 82, of Millsboro, DE formerly of Willingboro, NJ, Chestertown, MD and Marydel, DE passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE. She was born in Camden, NJ on January 20, 1937, daughter of the late Norman Massey and the late Della Frances (Walker) Massey. Norma was a proud and devoted mother and grandmother raising seven children.

She was a member of the Long Neck United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing and making crafts. Norma also loved animals and birdwatching. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Walsh in 2000; her sister, June and a son-in-law, Jeffrey Fithian.

She is survived by her seven children, Greg Walsh (Debbie) of Antioch, IL, Keith Walsh (Ma Alma) of Millsboro, DE, Brian Walsh (Lisa) of Smyrna, DE, Robin Fithian of Rock Hall, MD, Randy Walsh (Lynn) of Camden, DE, Kenneth Walsh (Amy) of Millsboro, DE and Matthew Walsh (Cassie) of Tampa, FL. Norma is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and four siblings, Margaret Graham of NJ, Richard Massey of FL, Frances Stronski of NJ and Gary Massey of NJ. A visitation will be held from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd.

, Millsboro, DE, where the funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE.
