Norman Eugene Lee, known to many as “Porky”, age 51, resident of Williston, Tennessee, departed this life Wednesday afternoon, February 13, 2019 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville. Funeral Services for Mr. Lee will be held at 12 Noon Monday, February 18, 2019 at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with Bro. Kevin Treadway of Somerville officiating.

Interment will follow in the Perry Cemetery at Laconia. A visitation for Mr. Lee will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville. Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – Main Chapel in Somerville.

Norman was born September 3, 1967 in Gary, Indiana. He moved with his family at an early age to Tennessee and received his education in the Fayette County School System. He enjoyed working in the construction business for many years and was a member of Mercy’s Bridge Church in Somerville.

Norman loved special times with his family, children and dogs. Mr. Lee is survived by two sons, Damien Lee of Toone, TN, Dylan Watkins of Somerville, TN; two stepdaughters, Paige Cates of Toone, TN, Tiffany Cates of Toone, TN; his mother, Shirley Stevens of Williston, TN; five sisters, Sylvia Powers (James) of Lenoir City, TN, Terry Price (Ivan), Carol McClure (Floyd) of Moscow, TN, Donna Rodgers of Rockwood, TN, Pat Tims of Williston, TN; four brothers, James Robbins of Oklahoma City, OK, Newell B. Lee, Jr. of Rockwood, TN, Andrew Wayman of Rockwood, TN, Dennis Eddington (Shelia) of Williston, TN; three grandchildren and his caregiver, Tenna Thompson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Newell B. Lee and Gloria Austin Lee; and his sister, Gloria Jean Lee.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Kevin Davis, Austin Price, Daniel Tims, Les Holte, Cole Spicer and Junior Busby. Honorary pallbearers will be Noah Spicer, Eli Tims, James Robbins and John Hightower. The family requests that memorials be directed to Baptist Reynolds Hospice House, 1520 W. Poplar Avenue, Collierville, TN 38017.
