Norris Victor Lockhart January 02, 1950 – December 26, 2018 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences Norris “Victor” Lockhart the son of Gladys Lana Johnson and Joshua Captain Lockhart. Norris was born on January 2, 1950 at Mountainside Hospital in Es County, New Jersey. He went to Public School 68 on 127th Street in Manhattan.

He also attended Cooper Junior High School. In the 1980’s, Norris started working at 5 Penn Plaza, and he stayed with that company for over thirty years. Norris was a handful, but always was there for his family and friends.

Norris was the type of man that you could not tell him something was wrong and he would be okay with it. He would go behind all of his family and friends’ back to make things happen, even if he was told not to. That was his way of showing he loved us.

Norris wanted all his family and friends to be at peace with each other, and love one another. Norris is preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Beverly, Debbie, David, Steven, Kenneth and Michael. Norris will forever be cherished in the hearts of his daughter, April (Calvon) Alston- Lockhart, and sons, Shawn (Stephanie) Miley, Wiley Lockhart and Harold “Kareeme” Price.

He will watch over his grandchildren, Tanayah Melvin, Kaela Miley, Naomi Miley, JacQuez Alston and Demetrius Alston. Norris will always be apart of all his surviving siblings’ heart, Alan, Tanya, Gladys, Tracy and Roxie. He always will be with the remaking family and friends, five nieces, four nephews, three godchildren, three great-nieces, three great-nephews and the list goes on… “We love you Norris, Grandpa, Uncle, Brother, and Friend.

“He was and still will remain my Guardian Angel, watching over us until we meet again. I love you, Daddy”.
