OBITUARY Ofilia A Rodriguez August 6, 1928 – January 22, 2019 Ofilia Alderete Rodriguez born on August 6, 1928 went to be with the Lord on January 22, 2019. She is preceded in death by parents Arturo and Refugia Alderete; her sons Arturo Rodriguez and Rogelio Angel Rodriguez and her siblings Guadalupe, Juan, Consuelo and Oralia. She is survived by her beloved husband Manuel Rodriguez Sr.; her children Manuel Rodriguez Jr. Richard Rodriguez Sr. (Delia), Rosalinda Sanchez; daughter in-law Lora Rodriguez; sister Maria Cabellero and also surviving numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Ofilia was a member of the St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church, a Guadalupana, a choir leader, Eucharistic Minister and a Church festival volunteer. She will truly be missed by family and friends. A visitation will be on January 30, 2019 Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino funeral home on 226 Cupples Rd.

with the rosary to be recited at 7pm. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 am for a 10 am mass at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Fernando II Cemetery.
