Obituary for Olympia Skunakis Olympia Skunakis of New Springville passed away on Wednesday October 17, 2018 at NY University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Staten Island to the late Anthony & Maria Chrampanis, Olympia worked as an Executive Secretary for Chase Manhattan Bank, in addition to helping her family run their farm on Richmond Avenue. A graduate of Port Richmond High School, Olympia enjoyed travelling with her late husband Costas, who passed away in September 2008.

She was very active in Holy Trinity Church where she could often be found volunteering in many of the Church’s philanthropic works, She was a member of the Golden Seniors Club at the Church as well. She also enjoyed walking the Mall and playing Soduko. She is survived by her daughter Maria Molluzzo, her son Nicholas, her sister Irene Agoratus.

She will be missed by her 4 grandchildren Charles and John Molluzzo, Amanda and Jacqueline Skunakis, and her 3 great grandchildren Costas, Paul and Francisko. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. 28 Eltingville Blvd. Staten Island NY.

Funeral services will take place on Monday begining at 10:00am at Holy Trinity Church, Interment will follow in Moravian Cemetery.
