Obituary for Oscar L. Higginbotham Higginbotham, Oscar L. of Robertsville, Missouri was born October 17, 1942, in West Point, Mississippi to Mancel and Mable (nee Zimmer) Higginbotham and entered into rest, Tuesday, December 3, 2018 at the age of 76 years. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret “Helen” Higginbotham Three (3) Children, Oscar (Connie) Higginbotham, Jimmy (Jenny) Higginbotham and Tommy (Katie) Higginbotham, Four (4) Grandchildren, Josh (Mary Beth) Higginbotham, Tasha (Dan) Peterson, Danny (Kimmy) Higginbotham and Amanda (Jeff) Scott Eight (8) Great Grandchildren, Michael Higginbotham, Caleb Peterson, Connor Higginbotham, Jasmyn Higginbotham, Jaxson Peterson, Colten Peterson, Mariah Higginbotham and Aria Scott, in addition, many close friends and extended family.

Oscar loved spending time with his family especially his children. Oscar met his wife Helen in high school and then they married right out of high school and started their family. Oscar then soon started his construction business O.L. Higginbotham Construction that he ran successfully for over 50 years.

Recently his passion was building his cabin with his three boys and other family and friends. Oscar will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Memorial visitation Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. at The Ridge Church, 51 Hwy M Villa Ridge, Missouri 63089.
