Ozen Arvie Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 22, 2019 at Ninth Baptist Church in Ville Platte, LA, for Ozen Arive, 80, who entered eternal rest, Friday, February 15, 2019 at Opelousas General Health Systerm. Interment will be in Ninth Baptist Cemetery. Rev.

Darwan Lazard will officiate the services. Mr. Arvie is survived by his wife, Vary Jane Arvie; Angela Thomas (Jimmy), Lisa Arvie, Kevin Arvie (Sherecka) all of Ville Platte, LA and Nicole Malbrew (Shoner) of Opelousas, LA; siblings, Lee Bell Arive of Port Arthur, TX, Climpton Arvie (Lougenia) of Ville Platte, LA and Zelta Alfred of Fenton, LA; thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, two Godchildren, extended family members and friends. Mr. Arvie was preceded in death by his parents, Ferdinand Arvie and Addie Jack Arvie; three sisters, Beverda Arvie Bias, Bertha Arvie Guillory and Evelina Chriswell and a brother, Wages Arvie.
