Ozenia Ann Chadwick, 78, wife of Jesse Chadwick passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 at her home. She was born August 19, 1940 in Clay City to the late Floyd and Demia Hubbard Smith. Survivors include, husband, Jesse Chadwick; daughter, Dena Kirkpatrick; brother, Tommy Smith; grandchildren, James Aaron Chadwick, Megan Olinger, Tyler Chadwick, and Rachelle Kirkpatrick; great-grandchildren, Sawyer Olinger, Liam Olinger, and Aaron Scott Chadwick.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Demia Smith and son, Jimmy Chadwick. Services Monday, January 28, 1:00PM Davis & Davis Funeral Home by Rev. James Harold Combs.
