Pamela Joan Hobbs, 68, of Toney, Alabama, passed away on Sunday at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman & Mattie Hobbs; Her brothers: J.E. Hobbs, Terry Hobbs, John Hobbs, Mark Hobbs, and by her sister, Geneva Self. Surviving family members include her son, Chris Hobbs, her daughter, Tracy Henson, and her son, Patrick Braden; She is also survived by her brothers, Phillip Hobbs and Kenneth Hobbs, by her sisters, Debra Hobbs Kelley and Ruth Hobbs Arnold, and by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be Wednesday at Noon at Genesis United Methodist Church in Hazel Green. The family will receive friends an hour before the service.

Burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery. Casket bearers will be: Jerry Hobbs, Matthew Meyers, Gregory Eric Rice, Billy Harlowe, Kenn Kelley, and Phillip Sims. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
