She was born August 13, 1934 to the late Deryl Eddy and Alice Manning Eddy. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband William E. Settle of 63 years. Patricia was a homemaker and a loving mother.

She is survived by two sons, Bartley and his wife his wife Ada,of Leesburg and son Jared of Leesburg, Florida. Daughter Beth Brown of Crystal River, FL. A brother Maurice Eddy , Eugene Oregon, eight grandchildren and two great Grandchildren.
