Patricia’s Obituary Patricia A. Tustin, 90, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Erlanger Medical Center, Chattanooga, TN. Born September 14, 1928 in Mammoth, she was a daughter of the late Iruh F. Adams and Gladys M. (Matthews) Adams. Patricia was a member of Restoration Fellowship Church, Cleveland, TN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul R. Tustin; two brothers, Vann and Jay Adams; and four sisters, Virginia Tustin, Lila Downs, June Mentzer, and Peggy Ludorf. Patricia is survived by three sons, Kenneth R. Tustin, of Cleveland, TN, Pastor Gary L. Tustin and his wife Peggy, of Johnstown, and Allan S. Tustin and his wife Debbie, of Greensburg; one sister, Kay Kendall, of Darien, GA; three grandchildren, Lori Patrick, Brian Tustin, and Allan Tustin II; five great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Brianna, Luke, Trevor, and Olivia; two step-grandchildren, Stacy Miller and Lisa Waskowitz; four step-great-grandchildren, Maggie, Zayden, Lauren, and Leah; and a special caregiver, Donna Gannaway. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 9 pm Monday at the JOHN J. LOPATICH FUNERAL HOME, INC.

, 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe. A funeral service will be held at 10 am Tuesday in the funeral home with Pastor John A. Looper officiating. Interment will follow at St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Youngstown.
