She passed away Thursday May 24, 2018 at Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 68 years 3 months and 19 days. She was married to Roy Kelly at Chickasha, OK on July 4, 1970.

She had lived in Sulphur since 1977. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Earl Scott. Survived by her Husband: Roy Kelly, of Sulphur, OK Daughters & sons-in-law: Ronna Keizor & Randall, of Sulphur, OK Paula Pannell & Andy, of Sulphur, OK 6 Grandchildren: Cariss Walser, Jaden Thomason, Casey Thomason, Camryn Thomason, Zane Pannell, Halen Pannell Brother: Raymond Cowan 3 Sisters: Trevia Taylor, Esther Gindhart, Linda Rumley.

Services will be held Saturday May 26, 2018 at 11:00AM Graveside at Oaklawn Cemetery officiated by Randall Keizor. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home of Sulphur. Online condolences may be sent to www.
