Patricia Elaine Kelley Russell (Patsy), 79, of Tooele, Utah, passed away December 26. 2018. Patricia was born to William (Bill) Ross Kelley and Jessie Elaine (Robison) Kelley in Ely, Nevada on October 10, 1939.

Patricia married Dwain Otis Russell on June 29, 1956. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on March 5, 2004. Patricia was a loving wife and mother.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Dwain, parents William and Jessie Kelley, brother Stanley Kelley and son Gordon Russell. Patricia is survived by; sons Kelley (Millie) of Grantsville, Utah, Leland (Cathy) of Hagerman, Idaho, daughter Rhonda (Dan) Smith of Klamath Falls, Oregon, 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Patricia was a caring person, and at times she let people live in her camper who had fallen on hard times.

Patsy was always prepared with a witty comment and loved reciting rhymes that she credited to her dad. She enjoyed fishing and camping with Dwain and her family. Patsy worked at Crater Lake National Park for many years and was proud of her time there.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018 11:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, building, 115 East Cherry Street Grantsville, Utah. A Visitation will be held prior to the funeral from; 9:30-10:45 AM. Burial will follow at the Tooele City Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff at Willow Springs for their care of Patsy.
