Road, Hazard, Kentucky departed this walk of life of Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital at the age of 54.

Patricia was born on November 16, 1964 in Hyden, Kentucky to the union of the late Essie & Imogene Couch Caldwell. She was a homemaker and enjoyed arts and crafts as a hobby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Bronson Caldwell.

Survivors include, four sons, Jerry Lumpkins of Leatherwood, KY, Shannon Lumpkins, Patrick Lumpkins, and Jeffery Lumpkins, all of Hazard, KY; one daughter, Edith Michelle Lumpkins of Hazard, KY; four brothers, Darrell Caldwell, Paul Caldwell (Darlene), Maverick Caldwell (Faye), and Boady Caldwell, all of Hyden, KY; two sisters, Kathy Bells (T.T.) of Dryhill, KY, and Lila Caldwell of Leatherwood, KY; 13 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends survive.
