Patricia L. “Patty” Blake, 66, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Springfield, MA to the late Ernest R. and Shirley M. (Senecal) Blake and was graduate of Westfield High School. She was employed by Digital in Westfield, loved outdoor concerts, watching the Red Sox and listening and collecting Elvis memorabilia.

Patty is survived by her siblings, Michael Blake, Laura Blake of Easthampton, Dorothy Blake of Rhode Island and Alice Banks of Wilbraham, close friends and care givers, Donna and Paul Gourinski of West Springfield and many friends from her day programs. A Funeral Service for Patty will be held on Tuesday at 1PM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, MA, followed by burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Western Ave, Westfield. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 11-1PM in the funeral home.
