Patricia Mary Keogh McDermott passed away peacefully at home on October 14, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in 1931 in Bronx, New York before moving to Westfield, New Jersey, where she has been a resident since 1957. Patricia was married for 57 years to the late Senator Frank X. McDermott.

She is survived by her five children: Colleen (nee McDermott) and Jim Palme, Gregory and Andrea McDermott, Marita (nee McDermott) and Michael Dow, Matthew McDermott and Brendan and Kristiane McDermott. Patricia also has ten Grandchildren and three Great Grandchildren as well as a sister Germaine Trabert. The funeral will take place at St Helen Church in Westfield, New Jersey on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 11:00AM.

Preceding the Mass, there will be a visitation starting at 10:00AM.
