Patricia “Pat” King passed away Saturday June 30, 2018 in Hamilton, Montana. She was 83. Pat was born Patricia Ann Johnson to Walter W. and Gladys W. Watson Johnson on October 3, 1934 in Nebraska.

She grew up and received her education in Medford, Oregon. She later married Charles Floyd King on May 24, 1960 in Reno, Nevada. Throughout her life, Pat worked primarily as a waitress.

However her true passion was working as a dog obedience trainer. Pat also loved gardening, connecting with friends and family on Facebook, watching her family grow, lunch with friends and her involvement with Five Valley Kennel Club. Patricia is preceded in death by her husband Charles F. King; son John W. King; daughters Renee C. King and Barbara Y. Collins; granddaughters Patty Koell and Fiona Koell.

She is survived by her daughter Debra Ulbrich and her husband Larry Ulbrich of Hamilton, Montana. Donations may be made in Pat’s name to the Bitterroot Humane Association. At Patricia’s request, no formal services will be held.
