Patricia Pepitone, 87, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2018 after a long illness. Patricia was born on June 22, 1931 to Marie (Groh) and Otto Schmidbauer. She was a resident of Sheboygan Senior Community at the time of her passing.

She attended grade school at St. Dominic’s and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1949. She worked at the Vollrath Company and the H.C. Prange Company. On March 28, 1951, Patricia married Joseph F. Pepitone of Beloit, Wisconsin.

They were married… Read More » 49 years before Joe’s passing in November, 2000. Patricia was a member of St. Dominic’s parish. She enjoyed her church community, especially time spent with fellow quilters and in her roles in Catholic Charities Club.

Patricia is survived by her children, Gail McBride (John) of Charlestown, MA, Constance Meseck (Marshall), of Sheboygan, Mary VerDuin (Terry), of Howards Grove, Joseph F. Pepitone, Jr. (Jeanne) of Sussex, WI and Christine Wiltzius (Peter) of Sheboygan. She is further survived by her grandchildren; Jonathan and Lacey McBride, Michael and Audrey McBride, Timothy McBride, Elizabeth McBride, Erin (Meseck) and Bill Seidlitz, John and Kelly Meseck, Marcus VerDuin, Nicholas VerDuin, Angela (VerDuin) and Truman McNitt, Jenna Pepitone, Camille Pepitone, Michael Pepitone, Sarah (Wiltzius) and Joshua Clavette and Matthew Wiltzius; and great grandchildren; Madelyn and Nicholas Seidlitz, Allison and Luke Meseck, Eleanor Clavette and Kayden McNitt. She is also survived by two brothers, George Schmidbauer (Patricia) of Kiel, WI and Alan Schmidbauer (Jackie) of Hales Corners, WI, other relatives and many dear friends.

Her parents and sister, Anna Mae Nack preceded her in death. Mom was very devoted to family and traditions. She shared with us her baking, cooking, sewing, quilting and many other “home making” talents.

All of these lovingly passed to our children and grandchildren. We are so grateful to mom for her strength in raising us and keeping family important in our lives. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 1 p.m. at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, (2133 North 22nd Street, Sheboygan) with Rev.

Matthew Widder as celebrant. Visitation will be held at St. Dominic’s from 10:30 a.m. until the time of mass. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
