Patricia R. Hooker 88 Rockford, passed away September 10, 2018 in the Spooner, Wi area, following a sudden illness. Born October 27, 1930 in Rockford, IL to Joseph and Lillian (Hodapp) McEntee. She married Barton W. Hooker on October 3, 1960.

Member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Survivors include: daughter Anne Nielsen of Redland, CA; sons John, Thomas B. and Andrew J. Hooker all of Rockford; predeceased by her husband, Barton, March 16, 1996. Funeral Mass will be at 10.

00 a.m. Saturday, September 15, 2018 in St. Anthony Catholic Church. 1010 Ferguson Street, Rockford, followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery.
