GREENFIELD – Patricia S. Pope, age 79, of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Franciscan Hospice House. She was born in Hancock County on January 9, 1940 to Roy L. Pope and Hazel M. (Lowder) Pope. She graduated from Charlottesville High School in 1958.

She worked for Eli Lilly as a receptionist for 28 years before retiring in 1989. Patricia is survived by her sister, Delores M. Koopman; one niece; and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Pope; mother, Hazel Reiser; and infant daughter, Pamela Sue Pearson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at Washinton Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
