Obituary for Patrick Charles McNeal Patrick Charles McNeal, age 74, passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at home with his family. Patrick was born on December 14, 1943 in Dayton, Ohio to Ralph and Florence (Hancock) McNeal. He served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam War where he was awarded the Bronze Star.

Pat worked for the Rail Road prior to working 21 years for Brigg High School as a Custodian. He was a Cleveland Browns fan and loved fishing at Buckeye Lake. Preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Kathy McNeal and Carla McNeal-Harr.

Survived by his loving wife of 49 ½ years, Darlene M. McNeal; children, Judith McNeal-Staley, Patrick C. McNeal II, Erick M. McNeal; grandchildren, Ericka, Anthony, Natalie and Jonathan; great grandchildren, Christopher, Dominick, Donnie, Victoria and Desmond; and brother, Rick McNeal. Family will receive friends from 4-7 pm on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204. Graveside and interment will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Forest Hill Cemetery, 8660 N. State Route 66, Piqua, Ohio 43356 with Father Michael Nimocks officiating.
