Patsy Dianne Fulp Williams, age 67, of Germanton, NC, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019. She was born on February 2, 1952 to the late Lawrence Fulp and Virginia Belle Fulp. Mrs. Williams is survived by her loving husband, Harry Truman Williams; two sons, Joseph Benjamin Williams and Jody Junior Williams; two daughters, Angela Williams (Derek) Macemore and Samantha Williams; nine grandchildren; and a sister, Wanda Fulp.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Christine Williams Smith. A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. at Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Brian Beverly officiating.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Cox-Needham Funeral Home. Cox-Needham Funeral Home of Pilot Mountain (www. coxneedham.com,) is respectfully serving the Williams family.
