OBITUARY Patsy Futral February 8, 1943 – October 4, 2018 Patsy Futral, age 75, passed away October 4, 2018 in San Antonio, TX. She was born on February 8, 1943 in San Antonio to Luther & Anna Kirkwood. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.

She was a loyal USAA employee, who retired after over 30 years of service. Mrs. Futral was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Futral in 2007. She is survived by her 3 children, Cheri Eaton & husband Patrick, Lana Allen & husband Mike and Justin Futral; 5 grandchildren, Rhett Eaton & wife Sarah, Courtni Martinez & husband Lance, Megan Allen & Tanner Spence, Cody Allen and Kaylin Futral; 2 great-grandchildren, Henley Spence and Cecilia Martinez; brother, Ray Kirkwood and other special family members.

Visitation will be 2:30 p.m., Monday, October 8, 2018 with the Funeral Service at 3 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. FAMILY Mrs. Futral was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Futral in 2007.

She is survived by her 3 children, Cheri Eaton & husband Patrick, Lana Allen & husband Mike and Justin Futral; 5 grandchildren, Rhett Eaton & wife Sarah, Courtni Martinez & husband Lance, Megan Allen & Tanner Spence, Cody Allen and Kaylin Futral; 2 great-grandchildren, Henley Spence and Cecilia Martinez; brother, Ray Kirkwood and other special family members.
