Patsy’s Obituary Patsy Ann Skipper Tayloe age 68 of Wilmington, passed away Saturday February 2, 2019 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 8, 1950 in Columbus County, daughter of the late Thomas Clinton and Louise M. Mintz Brinson. Patsy was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She was her mothers’ primary care giver for the last year of her life. She loved to garden and loved her family. Patsy is survived by her sons, Dale Nobles and wife Brenda of Pittsboro, and Chip Tayloe and wife Eilene of Mesa AZ; daughter Cassandra Lester and husband AC of Bristol TN; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Williford and husband Kerry, and Charlotte Stevens and husband Jerry.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Bill Tayloe, and sister Dollie Cooke. Graveside funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Friday February 8, 2019 at Mintz Family Cemetery in Delco.
