Obituary for Paul A. Carmody PAUL A. CARMODY LOVING HUSBAND, FATHER, GRANDFATHER & BROTHER Naugatuck, CT Paul A. Carmody, 56, husband of Donna (Schlesinger) Carmody, died April 6, 2018 at his home. Paul was born October 23, 1961 in Waterbury, CT a son of the late Thomas and Anne (Nixon) Carmody and lived in Naugatuck most of his life. Paul worked as a carpenter for many years and was a former member of the Carpenters Union, Local 24.

In addition to his wife, Donna, Paul is survived by his daughter, Taylor L. Carmody; his beloved grandchildren, Jordan and Kayden; his brother, Michael Carmody; his sisters, Carlene Russo (Steven), Susan Mascola (Christopher), Patty Paquette and Nancy Carmody; several nieces and nephews and his grand dog, Romeo. A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held on Wednesday from 4-6pm at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Little Guild Animal Shelter, 285 Sharon Goshen Turnpike, West Cornwall, CT 06796.
