Obituary for Wayne Drown Sr. WATERBURY, CT Wayne A. Drown, Sr., husband of the late Nancy Smith Drown, passed away at home on Monday, July 16, 2018. Wayne was born in Montpelier, Vermont on July 22, 1941, son of the late Albion and Mary Rita (Aiken) Drown. Wayne enjoyed working in construction as a heavy equipment operator and was a member of the Naugatuck Eagles Club, Aerie 640.

Wayne is survived by his daughters, Joanne Lindsey and Karen Audet; his sons, Wayne Drown and Paul Drown; his stepdaughters, Betty Draskinis, Susan Ross and Janice Dambowsky; his grandchildren; and his great grandchildren. All services will be private and there are no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck.
