Mr. Paul Dennis Biery, 72, went gently home to live with Jesus on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Mr. Biery was born March 7, 1946 in Allentown, PA to the late Paul H. Biery and Irma Keen Semanision. Paul worked for Mack Trucks for 31 years before retiring; volunteered for the Macon County Sheriff’s office for 20 years; was a volunteer and sponsor for the North Carolina Department of Corrections in Hazelwood, NC; was involved in Promise Keepers, and loved coin collecting.

Paul was a member of Coweeta Baptist Church where he loved to be involved all activities of the church. Survivors include his wife, Norva W. Biery of the home; a daughter, Melissa Cook (Charles) of Ft. Worth TX; two brothers, Ted Semanision (Helen) of New Mexico, Neal Semanision (Lois) of Papua New Guinea; two sisters, Joy Richards (Bill) and Susan Deatrick (David) both of Pennsylvania.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Coweeta Baptist Church with the Pastor Keith Ashe and Pastor Davis Hooper officiating. Internment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday evening at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Charles Cook, Jason Dennis, Keith Jenkins, Danny David, Robbie Robison, and Kenny Chastain. Online condolences may be left at www. bryantgrantfuneralhome.com Bryant-Grant Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Biery family.
