Obituary for Paul J. LeBlanc LANCASTER – Paul Joseph LeBlanc, known to many as “Red”, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday April 25th, 2018, at the age of 87. Born May 11, 1930 in Fitchburg Massachusetts, Paul was the son of James and Lucille LeBlanc. Raised in Leominster, Paul attended St. Bernard’s High School, after which he apprenticed at a local machine shop, going on to own and operate his own shop, Paul LeBlanc Inc. Paul had a passion for the outdoors, riding his motorcycle, and travel.

His fondest memories were at his cottage on Spectacle (Spec) Pond, which he built himself, spending most summers and year round for the last few years of his life. Paul is survived by his loving wife of almost 70 years, Rita (Lehoux) LeBlanc, along with his 4 children; Christine Weishaupt and her husband Jim, Leslie Norton and her husband Bill, Anne LeBlanc-Snyder and her husband Howard, and David LeBlanc; 6 grandchildren, Jason Weishaupt and Carrie Smith, Melissa Pardee and Katie Norton, and Rebecca and Benjamin Snyder. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, May 5th at Saint Cecilia’s Church located at 180 Mechanic St, Leominster, Massachusetts with Fr.
