Obituary for Paul Jones PAUL DERRICK JONES, known to friends and family as “P.J.” or “Ricky”, age 54, of Columbus, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at Grant Medical Center. He was born in Beckley, WV on February 10, 1964. He is preceded in death by his father, Henry Steve Jones.

He is survived by his mother, Jacquelin Joyce Bradley; children, Paul Derrick Jones, Jr., Paul Jones, Derrick Jones, Paula Jones, Daylon Burnett, and Paulina Jones; granddaughter, Avery Jones; sister, Kay Lillard Mitchell; sister, Stephanie Jones-Kimble (Chris Kimble), nephews, Jodie Bryantt Stanley and Derrin Scott, nieces, Ashely Sharee Bovan and Briana Scott; sister, Savannah Renee Solomon (Vincent Solomon), nephews, Maurice Solomon and Malik Solomon, nieces, Maria Gipson, Maria Solomon, Maliyah Solomon, and Mikaiya Solomon; brother, Steve Eugene Jones, nephews, Steven Emanuel James and Zayin Priest Jones and nieces, Tasia Ann Wilson, Bianca Ellese Jones, and Rayne Jones; former wife, Della Burnett; special friend, Jessica Sounder; other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER LINDEN MEMORIAL CHAPEL (Heart and Hope by Schoedinger), 2741 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus; where friends will be received from 11am to 12 Noon, Wednesday; interment to follow at Evergreen Cemtery.
